Kent Holmes CRA, CRP

Over the years, Kent's scope of experience has varied from residential reports to commercial and industrial property appraisals, for such purposes as mortgage financing, relocation, litigation, estate settlement, tax reporting/capital gains; including expropriation and partial takings. Kent has become a specialist in the residential market and is often called upon in cases requiring forensic analysis. He has also worked on files for arbitration and litigation matters. Assignments have been performed for both local, as well as national real estate clients.

Kent is active in the Ottawa Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and also serves on the Candidate Admissions Committee for Eastern Ontario region.

Liette has completed over 2000 residential appraisals in the Ottawa urban area, the Orleans community and the rural east sector. She offers her services in both English and French and has special expertise with matrimonial, estate settlement, employee relocation and rural appraisal including experience dealing with farm/agricultural land.

Daryl Robinson
Daryl Robinson is a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and has completed appraisal reports for mortgage financing, corporate employee relocation, matrimonial, estate settlement, multi-family income property, and land value assessments. Daryl has completed appraisals throughout the Greater Ottawa urban and rural areas. In addition to his appraisal experience, Daryl has been licences as a Real Estate Professional since 1993. He is presently working towards his CRA designation.

Anne Crawford, CRA
Anne Crawford has been a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada since 2001 with a CRA designation.  Anne has completed may assignments in the field of residential, multi family, matrimonial, construction and relocation appraisals. She is also a licensed real estate sales representative with Keller Williams Ottawa Realty and a member of OREA & CREA.

Virginia Henderson, CRA
Virginia Henderson received her CRA designation in 2003.  She is a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and worked in the real estate appraisal field in Alberta and Nova Scotia for several years before moving to Ottawa.  Virginia has completed appraisal reports for mortgage financing, employee relocation, matrimonial and multi-family income properties. She has worked throughout the greater Ottawa urban and rural areas.
